Hello ladies and gentlemen, we all know the disadvantages of too much fat in the body. The worst disadvantage is that we run out of shape which makes us feel bloated and aged which is unhealthy. Today l will like us to look at some ways in which we can lose weight without physical exercises, knowing how gym sessions are expensive and time consuming.
1) DRINK WATER REGULARLY:
Drinking water before meals can help us eat less and lose weight. Drinking plenty of water helps reduce hunger hence one will tend to eat fewer calories.
2) AVOID SERVING YOURSELF PLENTY :
Even at restaurants, events or at home, we should avoid serving ourselves plenty to eat. Remember over feeding may also lead to obesity which is a serious health problem.
3) SLEEP WELL AND AVOID STRESS.
Sleep and stress have powerful effect on our appetite and weight. Lack of sleep may disrupt the appetite-regulating hormones leptin and ghrelin. Another hormone called cortisol becomes elevated when we are stressed reasons why we eat too much when we are stressed.
4) REDUCE THE INTAKE OF SUGAR:
This might be difficult for many. Seriously sugary drinks and others should even be eliminated if possible because SUGAR is the worst ingredient ever existed in the planet earth. This is because sugary drinks are associated to increased risk of weight gain and plenty of diseases.
5) EAT FOODS RICH IN FIBERS.
Eating fiber-rich meals helps us feel fuller for a longer duration of time.Viscous fiber is good for the reduction of appetite and food intake.
