2) Avoid comparing the lifestyles of others to yours.
3) Invest your time and energy into regularly exercises because moving your body will help improve your mood.
4) Don't strive for perfection.
5) Celebrate small victories, they'll make you feel better about yourself.
6) Sorround yourself with supportive people.
7) Be helpful and considerate. Lend a helping hand to someone and you'll see how better you feel after doing that.

9) Participate in activities you enjoy, it might help you to relax.
