1) Distract yourself.
You can watch t.v., read novels and go out for drink. With this, you might easily forget that you were stressed emotionally.

2) Spend more time in an open area especially in a public garden.

3) Avoid thinking negatively.
Remember, we are what we think.

4) Involve yourself in activities that you enjoy and like.

5) Be grateful. Appreciate those who had uplifted you once in your life's journey and don't forget those who are doing presently.

6) Take note of how beautiful your life is and has been and how blessed you are.

7) Physical exercises makes you healthier and helps in balancing emotional stress.

8) Be open and accept your present situation in which you find yourself.

9)  Spend quality time with others, enjoy and appreciate the time they spent with you.

10) Pray without ceasing.
