6) Know each other's daily schedule.

8) Have in mind what you want out of your distance relationship, trust me it will keep you going.

9) Exchange visits with each other.

10) Avoid shady situations. E.g. if you know you will be hanging out with friends for a drink and later clubbing, let your partner know before time.
